Federal Commonwealth of Sirocco Constitution Act 2010
The Federal Commonwealth of Sirocco Constitution Act 2010 is a Siroccan law passed by the Government of Andersonia on September 4, 2010. The Act outlined the basic provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Commonwealth of Sirocco and a basic outline of the finalised Siroccan state as forecast in September 2010. This Act is included in the Constitution and is located immediately prior to the Constitution's preamble.

WHEREAS THE PEOPLE of the BAY OF ISLANDS, AUCKLAND and BAY OF PLENTY regions of northern NEW ZEALAND and the states of VICTORIA and QUEENSLAND in eastern Australia have agreed to unite under one flag as the FEDERAL COMMONWEALTH OF SIROCCO, humbly relying on the grace and wisdom of God, the document hereby established:
- Shall give provision to the formation of an official MICRONATION operating within the boundaries of the REALM OF NEW ZEALAND and COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA
- Shall give provision to the formation of Provinces, Regions and Territories
- Shall give provision to the annexation of other micronations (or parts thereof) should they choose to become part of the Federal Commonwealth.
- Shall outline the structure of the nation formed by Proclamation of this Document.
Additive One: Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Federal Commonwealth of Sirocco Constitution Act 2010.
Additive Two: Commencement of the Act
The Federal Commonwealth shall be formed on the same day the Act shall take effect, this date being THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH, 2010. Commencement and Formation may take place at any time during this day, preferably between the hours of 6AM and 10PM on this date. Upon this date, the Provinces, Regions and Territories of Sirocco shall be united under the Federal Commonwealth of Sirocco.
Additive Three: Operation of the Constitution and Federal Laws
This Act, and all the laws passed by the Premier on behalf of the Government of Sirocco under the Constitution, shall be binding on the courts, judges and people of every Province.
Additive Four: Definitions
THE COMMONWEALTH shall mean the FEDERAL COMMONWEALTH OF SIROCCO established under this act. Other legal definitions, as outlined below, shall also refer back to this name. THE PROVINCES shall mean the divisions of territory as assigned by the Premier. Each of such parts of the Commonwealth shall be called a PROVINCE. The Provinces forming the Federal Commonwealth of Sirocco are those of NATIONAL CAPITAL DISTRICT, AUCKLAND SUBURBAN REGION, CAMINA and the TASMAN DISTRICTS.
